Refund policy

At Holdback Hustlers, we provide expert consultation, negotiation, and coaching services. Because these services require time, research, and immediate value, all sales are final and non-refundable once a service has been rendered.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• If you purchase a service but need to delay using it, that's completely fine. We can schedule your service for a later date that works for you.
• If you decide not to use the service at all, cancellations made before any work has started may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.
• Once negotiations, research, or coaching have begun, the service is considered non-refundable.

 

No Guarantees:

We work hard to get you the best possible outcome, but we cannot guarantee specific results, such as a lower purchase price, a loan approval, or a credit score increase.
